After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS or common carrier freight unless otherwise specified.

Tonini Church Supply Company will in most cases ship in-stock products within 1-3 business days. Custom and special order products have longer lead times. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Shipping Cost:

Online shipping costs are based on dollar volume NOT weight and are an estimate. We strive to give our customers the best prices and only charge the exact shipping costs. Because of this, the total amount charged may vary and if the shipping costs are higher than estimated we will call to notify you. Should you require expedited shipping, please call our toll-free line at 1-800-626-3545 to place your order.

Shipping Notification:

In most cases, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. After the product ships, Tonini Church Supply Company will send an email to the customer listed on the billing address of each online order. For all business or institution deliveries via freight truck, the trucking company will assume your business or institution is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday-Friday during normal business hours unless specified otherwise.

Freight Deliveries:

Freight deliveries are dock to dock, which means the receiving party is required to remove the product from the truck via a loading dock or with a forklift. Truck drivers are not responsible for removing product off of the truck by hand. If you would like to use this service, advise when ordering in the comment section during checkout. We will note on the Bill of Lading. Additional charges will apply.

Inspecting for Damage:

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. Tonini Church Supply Company is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. Fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt. Notify Tonini Church Supply within 24 hours of receipt.

What to Do If Product is Damaged:

If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT, it is best to receive the product and request a replacement product toll free at 1-800-626-3545. Refusing product by the customer does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs.

If damage did occur during transit, any and all damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading in detail and signed by the driver. A copy of the Bill of Lading will need to be faxed, emailed or mailed to Tonini Church Supply Company in order for a damage claim to be filed with the trucking company, on your behalf, in order for replacement product to be sent to you.

When possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for evidence that will assist with a product damage claim. The shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and/or paid by them.
