This beautifully detailed 13.75” St. Gabriel the Archangel Statue, from The Veronese Collection by Goldscheider of Vienna, is lightly hand-painted cold cast bronze.  St. Gabriel is the patron saint of communication workers.  It was St. Gabriel who announced to the Blessed Virgin Mary that she would conceive by the Holy Spirit and become the mother of Jesus, the Son of God.  She was instructed by St. Gabriel to name the child Yeshua (the Hebrew name for Jesus), meaning deliverer, rescuer, savior, salvation from sin.
