Tonini's also offers many custom services including custom apparel, restoration and refinishing, custom furniture, custom statuary, and more. Most items shown in other catalogs are available.

  2. NO, keep in mind that combining your needs will minimize your charges. Some items subject to minimum quantities online.

  4. Yes, If your church has registered their online account you will be able to charge an order on credit with the approval of your church authority. You must be signed in as the church or institution in-order to order on credit.

Shipping

  1. Same day shipment is generally available on most in-stock products if orders are received by Tonini Church Supply Company before 3 p.m. EST. You should receive your order within the standard time allowance for your location. Air freight and premium freight services are available at your request please call toll free at 1-800-626-3454.

  2. All shipments may ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS unless otherwise specified, per your request. Expedited order express service, air freight and other premium shipping services are also available at additional costs. Contact Tonini Church Supply Company for details regarding other options for shipping charges. Inspect all shipments and report any shortages or damages to the delivering carrier and Tonini Church Supply Company immediately.

Billing and Payments

  1. Yes, simply login to the website with your church or institution's account. During checkout you will have the option to pay with a credit card now or to charge to your church or institution's account, with approval by church authority, by selecting the 10 Day EOM option under payment. Your church or institution must set up an online profile before the credit option will be available online.

    If this is your Church or Institution's first on-line order with Tonini Church Supply Company's website and you have ordered from Tonini Church Supply Company previously as a Church or Institution and have credit with us, charging to your account is available after you set up your Church or Institution's Online Profile. Please see Register My Church at the bottom of any page to register your church today.

  2. Please complete our Credit Application and fax, mail, or e-mail to Tonini Church Supply with three (3) trade references and your bank information to the attention of our Accounting Department. In order to efficiently process your application, please provide the information for your trade references in full, including complete mailing addresses, phone and fax numbers, if available.

  3. The entire application process depends upon your credit standing and how fast your references reply. You are welcome to inquire about the status of your application at any time by calling toll free at 1-800-626-3545 or emailing info@tonini.net.

  4. Our Accounting Department will be able to help you with any billing questions, provide copies of invoices, or work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies. Call toll free at 1-800-626-3545 and ask to speak with someone in the Accounting Department, or email payments@tonini.net

  5. Tax is only charged for orders being shipped in Kentucky. If your church or institution has registered an online account and have a tax exemption number on file at Tonini Church Supply Company you will not be charged tax if you are logged into your account.

Refunds and Returns

  1. All returns of regular stock merchandise must be made within 10 Days of receipt by customer, please include a letter of explanation and a copy of the invoice in the package. No claims will be considered after the 10 day period. Handling and restocking charges will be assessed by Tonini Church Supply Company's Returned Goods Department, unless the error was ours. All transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    If damaged in shipment: Please save all merchandise and the package it was received in. Notify Tonini Church Supply Company's Customer Service Department by either phone or email immediately or within 24 hours for further instructions. Tonini Church Supply Company’s Customer Service Department will gladly assist you Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

For your comfort and safety, Tonini Church Supply Company uses secure server technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL and card tokenization) to virtually eliminate the risk of an unwanted intermediary obtaining your credit card information during transmission. SSL is the standard in secure web transactions and is the best technology available today.
