This round St. Nicole Sterling Silver Medal, 0.8" x 0.7", is hand polished and engraved by New England Silversmiths and depicts the saint in nun's attire.  St. Nicole is also known as St. Colette.  Christened Nicolette, she was called Nicole as a child, however after her parents' death, she went by Colette.  She joined the Third Order of St. Francis and lived as an anchoress for 4 years during which time she was divinely inspired to reform the Poor Clares.  With the blessing of Benedict XIII, she founded 17 convents under her reform.  St. Nicole is the patron saint of women seeking to conceive, expectant mothers, sick children and lost family members.  Available in 14 Karat Gold for an additional cost - please call for price and specify 14 Karat Gold in Order Comments.
