This round St. Rose Sterling Silver Medal, 0.8" x 0.7", is hand polished and engraved by New England Silversmiths and depicts the saint holding roses and a crucifix.  St. Rose was a member of the Third Order of St. Dominic in Lima, Peru, and she was known for the life of asceticism that she lived and for her care of the sick and needy of her city.  She is the patron saint of florists, gardeners, needle workers, embroiderers, Peru and Latin America.  She is also co-patroness of the Philippines.  Available in 14 Karat Gold for an additional cost - please call for price and specify 14 Karat Gold in Order Comments.
