This 14” St. Gabriel the Archangel Statue, from the Veronese Collection by Goldscheider of Vienna, is beautifully detailed and hand-painted in full color.  St. Gabriel is the patron saint of communication workers.  In biblical accounts, St. Gabriel is the special messenger from God who announced the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus in the New Testament. In the Old Testament, St. Gabriel appeared to the prophet Daniel to explain the meaning of Daniel's visions.
